Gung bees is the one of the name of bee in java island. It’s have unic behavior that’s difficult to understand. Gung bees is the bees that live in junggle. They are is big bees. We can find this on the branch of the tree. The nest of bees also unic because they haven’t static nest. Usually, if we look this nest, we just find a big group of bee that perch on the branch. It’s wonderful to be see.
Gung bee, exactly like honey bee. But the measurement is bigger than honey bee. The people usually take the honey from this nest Gung bee. People have unic method to take this honey. They must be carefull take the honey because if the bee feel very unpleasant the bee can attack the people by they sting. May be this pain resulting from a sting can’t kill human but human can feeling pain. The skin who’s that injected by the sting will be swollen and the colour of skin usually be red.
The one of unic from Gung bee is the behaviour. The java poeple, expecially east java people from Malang district. They believe that Gung bee is expecially animal. They have connection with invisible creature. The people have tale about this. In east Malang, a lot of people usually is farmer and have pet. Usually, the pet is cow, so the people must look for grass to be food of cow. One day, the people look for grass on they field. He use sickle to get this. When he furnishings the sickle, unexpressly the eye of sickle touch one of Gung bee. It make the Gung bee dead. After several minute, suddenly a group of Gung bee came to the people. They attack the people by they sting. Spontaneous the people avoid this and run. But, the Gung bee still continuous chase the people. Finally, the people can’t avoid this. The Gung bee has result to attack the people. The skin of the people full by sting of Gung bee. The sting full on the face, hand and they foot. If we read this tale, may be we also unbelieve but it’s happen. We have feel that the pattern of bees attack it’s wonderful. Some of people that the bee has connection with invisible creature so they can feel that if a bee killed by someone (human), the bee will do avenge.
